People make art to express themselves it matters because it shows your feelings.Art and beauty are essentially related but art does not have to be beautiful. natural objects arent neccesarily works of art until taken into a different manner. Art work is good depending on your individual taste and style. Art means the same thing in every culture, group, and society. Both the artist and the viewer determine the meaning of art work its all about perspective. Judging artwork doesnt always matter but sometimes critisism is good. People obtain their beliefs about art from their emotions.
